Ocean Rover's cruise departure point is Bitung Deep
Sea Port, located at the famous Lembeh Strait. For
passengers wishing to spend a few days in the area before or
after the cruise we suggest the following two options:
Kungkungan
Bay Resort or Black
Sand Dive Retreat.
Both these resorts are
located nearby Ocean Rover's anchorage and getting to
(or from) the boat is very convenient. One of the resort's
boats will simply drop you off right at our dive deck.
Alternatively, one of Ocean Rover's tenders picks you
up from the resort's jetty. Guaranteed minimum hassles!
The resort staff and our boat crew deal with your dive
gear and luggage. You just step on board.
Another favorite is Tasik
Ria Resort, located on the west coast. Tasik Ria Resort
is located in a huge park and it is not far from the newly
discovered critter hot-spot Popo (Bethlehem). Thanks to Tasik
Ria Resort's unparalleled service, getting to or from Ocean
Rover is a breeze. Their driver takes you straight to our
departure point and our crew takes care of the rest. Again
all what you have to do is to step on board. Enjoy also the
wonderful Spa in a private atmosphere.

Ocean Rover's cruise departure point is next to the
Port of Sorong in West Papua. For passengers wishing
to spend a few days before or after their cruise in the area,
Sorong has very limited accommodation options.
